Since 2003, TNG Landscapes Property Maintenance has built a reputation as one of Melbourne's trusted providers of professional grounds maintenance and landscape services. Founded by Tim and Grant, the business combines more than 50 years of industry experience with a hands-on management approach, delivering exceptional service to government, aged care and residential clients across metropolitan Melbourne.

Tim's background in corporate travel services brought strong expertise in customer service, business management and operational efficiency, while Grant's extensive career with Programmed Maintenance provided a wealth of practical landscaping knowledge and technical experience. Together, they created a company built on professionalism, reliability and a commitment to consistently exceeding client expectations.

Over more than two decades, TNG has grown from a small family business into a respected contractor managing some of Victoria's most important community assets. Our success has never been driven by rapid expansion, but by earning the trust of our clients through consistent performance, quality workmanship and long-term relationships.

Our greatest testament to this commitment is our 20-plus-year partnership with Homes Victoria. For more than two decades, we have proudly delivered grounds maintenance services that enhance the safety, presentation and liveability of public housing communities across metropolitan Melbourne. Today, we continue to hold five Homes Victoria contracts, maintaining Common Area Amenity (CAA) and Vacant Land (FH) sites across more than 400 housing locations, making us one of the most experienced contractors in this specialised sector.

TNG is also proud to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services across 14 Vasey RSL Care aged care communities, helping create attractive, safe and welcoming outdoor environments that residents, families and staff can enjoy throughout the year.

    Tim Elliott

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    With a background as a director of a corporate travel agency, Tim brings extensive experience in sales, customer service and business management to TNG Landscapes.

    Combining these skills with more than 20 years of experience in preventative grounds maintenance, Tim oversees all aspects of the business. He is the principal point of contact for clients and manages business development, human resources and scheduling—ensuring every client receives a reliable, efficient and cost-effective service.

    Grant Firth

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Grant brings more than 30 years of landscaping experience to TNG Landscapes. His extensive knowledge covers turf management, plant selection, garden-bed design and the skilled operation of excavators and Bobcats.

    After honing his skills at Programmed Maintenance Services, Grant joined Tim to establish TNG Landscapes Property Maintenance more than 20 years ago. Today, he oversees day-to-day operations, using his practical experience and industry knowledge to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
